1. Light bulbs burn out often due to many reasons; especially when the project is being connected and tested; so most lighting companies separate the bulb into a different package or don't include it.
2. If the design mentions the brand of the bulb and the capacity of the bulb, the hotel owner will buy it directly. If the drawing mentions it but the customer asks us to buy it, we still do not provide warranty when the bulb burns out because of the reason number 1 above. If the drawing does not mention it, we recommend a professional bulb company to work directly with the customer.
3. Customers should buy light bulbs in stock so that when the bulb burns out, it will be replaced immediately in order not to affect business activities.
4. In case the customer asks the contractor to supply the bulb, we still accept it, but the warranty part will directly connect the customer with the bulb manufacturer.
