One Hub Saigon is strategically located at the gateway to Saigon Hi-Tech Park in District 9, 15 km from the city center. The project covers an area of ​​12 hectares with a total investment of about 130 million USD.

In September 2014, Ascendas – Singbridge signed an agreement with Saigon Bund Capital Partners to jointly develop this project.
